Je me suis laissée séduire par ce thème et voici ma création :
I let me get under me skin by this theme and here is my illustration :

Le Calavera me fait penser au livre de coloriage avec les motifs en Noir & blanc. C’est pour cela que je me suis amusée à tamponner et détourer mes tampons Sagapo Scrap que j’ai colorisé comme un coloriage. J’ai choisi des cactus comme motif pour ce côté Mexicain de cette fête.
"Calavera" reminds me at the book of colouring with the black and white patterns. That is why I have fun to stamp and fussy cut my Sagapo Scrap stamps that I colorized as a coloring. I chose cactus as pattern for this Mexican side of this party.

 Pour moi, le calavera est aussi rempli de pep’s par ses couleurs d’où les couleurs vives que j’ai utilisé sur mon fond. J'ai appliqué de la peinture acrylique à l'aide d'un couteau de peintre.
For my, "Calavera" is also filled with energy by its colors where the bright colors that I used on my background. I applied some acrylic paint by using a painter knife.

Je me suis bien amusée le mois dernier avec le challenge de chez Comptoir du Scrap alors j'ai eu envie de recommencer pour ce mois-ci. Voici le combo à suivre :
I have fun the last month with Comptoir du Scrap challenge then I wanted to begin again this month. Here is the colorcombo to follow :

Je l'ai combiné avec le challenge de chez Cartoscrap où il est demandé d'ajouter des fleurs sur sa réalisation.
I associed it with Cartoscrap challenge where are required to add flowers on her creation.

Pour la réalisation de mon fond, j'ai éclaboussé de l'eau sur ma page avec un gros pinceau et j'ai prélevé de l'encre directement dans le flacon que j'ai éclaboussé sur l'eau de ma page. J'ai tamponné en ton sur ton avec de la peinture acrylique, la même peinture acrylique que j'ai appliqué avec le mask Raindrop Stencil pour apporter de la texture au fond.

For the creation of my background, I splashed with some water on my page and a brush. I removed ink from the ink bottle with a brush that I splashed on water of my page. I stamped in tone on tone with the acrylic paint, the same acrylic paint that I applied with the Raindrop Stencil to add of the texture at the background.

J'ai gessoté les embellissements et les ai colorisé avec de la peinture acrylique. J'ai utilisé le tampon Distressed circle stamp avec un encreur gris pour travailler le fond.

I applied gesso on the Creative Embellishments chippies and colorized them with the acrylique paint. I used the Distressed circle stamp with a gray ink to work the background.

Pour finir ma page, j'ai utilisé la pipette de mon encre Irrésistible blanche et j'ai fait des éclaboussures sur le fond. J'ai fait la même chose avec un pinceau et de l'encre de Chine.

To finish my creation, I used the white Irresisble ink pipette and I splashed on my background. I made the same with a brush and India ink.

Nous reprenons un rythme un peu plus normal. Fin du Tournoi, retour des petits à l'école, je vais pouvoir me consacrer à mes projets.

Aujourd'hui, je viens vous présenter  challenge du mois de chez Creative Embellishments. Il vous faut vous inspirer d'un élément de cette photo d'inspiration et ajouter quelque chose qui vole sur votre création.

Today, I present you the Creative Embellishments challenge of this month : be inspired by 1 element from the phto and for the twist add something that flies to your project.

Je me suis inspirée de la couleur froide de cette photo et donc je suis restée dans le bleu. Pour un élément volant, j'ai collé des papillons sur ma création.

I was inspired by the cold color of this photo so I used the blue color. For the twist, I stuck butterflies on my page.

J'ai combiné ma page avec le challenge de chez More than Words où il faut s'inspirer du mot "beau" et ajouter un papillon. 

J'ai pris cette photo de mon fils parce que je trouve l'expression de son regard très BELLE, tellement mignon. J'ai embossé et détouré des papillons pour faire une envolée.

I associed my project with the More than Words challenge where main Challenge is based on a word inspiration "beautiful" and add a butterfly.

I take this photo of my boy because I find the expression in his eyes so BEAUTIFUL, so cute. I embossed and cut butterflies to make a flying.
